Connections2energy are delighted to have completed full water infrastructure for Omega South Warrington’s development. Omega is the largest mixed-use development in the Northwest, creating over 24,000 new jobs. 3 units have been built on the 5-acre plot, with McDonald’s, Lidl and Costa now open to the public.
Connections2energy also previously completed the water and gas infrastructure for the 1st phase of the Omega development with Unit 1 (308,182 sq ft) and Unit 2 (203,390 sq ft) let to Gousto and Amazon and Unit 3, totalling 225,527 sq ft has been exchanged.
