Conenctions2energy are pleased to be working alongside this long-standing client on their new project in Nottingham.
The existing building, which has stood vacant for 20 years, will be demolished before the new student accommodation is built. Connections2energy will be facilitating disconnections including electric, telecoms and gas.
The new student accommodation will consist of a mix of modern studio apartments. It will also incorporate a range of amenities such as two receptions, a spacious residents lounge, gym, study and games rooms, as well as a courtyard garden with outdoor seating.
If a property is being demolished, a multi-utility disconnection is likely required to ensure the safety of everyone around. At Connections2energy we take responsibility for the disconnection process, from identifying and contacting the energy providers and starting the process of having the supply disconnected and the relevant metering equipment removed.
