Connections2energy is excited to be delivering a 290kVA commercial connection (from two POCs) and a 218kVA temporary supply to a new 5-storey apartment block in Leeds. The scheme will include 28 one-bedroom, 25 two-bedroom and 5 three-bedroom apartments.
Designed to a high specification, the apartments will be affordable and sustainable with heat pumps providing hot water, EV charging points, and cycle storage to facilitate green travel.  The project will also include workspace areas to accommodate the increase in home working. Outside will be landscaped with grass and trees to enhance biodiversity and each of the ground floor apartments will have their own garden.Â
