Project:Â New Hotel and Residents Club
Connections2energy are working in close partnership with a consultant for their client’s exciting new project in London. Located in Covent Garden, the development will include a new hotel and residents’ club, offering club flats, a rooftop bar, bistro, restaurant, gym, and a wellness centre.
The project involved a refurbishment of a Grade II-Listed historic building. The existing fabric will be re-used with the addition of a three-storey glazed atrium to allow natural light to flood the lower levels.
Utilities are a specialised aspect of projects like this, often presenting their challenges, especially given the central London location where various permits are required.
