Connnections2energy are delighted to be working alongside a new client, delivering a new 1488kVA substation to supply a brand new 261-bedroom hotel in London.
The nine-storey development will include a co-working space for those in the creative industries, alongside a cafe and bar. The co-working basement space will “provide a new cultural destination for the neighbourhood providing artists’ studios and gallery space for local creatives to make and display works of art”
It’s anticipated that the hotel will create work for around 70 employees and that the workspace will provide room for more than 100 workers.
